Text Messaging Policy
Horse Sense sends appointment reminders, confirmations, "on my way" notifications, and invoice links by SMS to existing customers who have opted in. Message frequency varies with your appointment schedule (typically a few messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply. Opt-in: you consent when you provide your mobile number and agree during booking or intake — verbally, on our intake form, or in writing; consent is not a condition of purchase. Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help, or contact us at 7152187625.

Information is processed by our scheduling platform, Gatepost, solely to provide these services — see the Gatepost privacy policy. To access, correct, or delete your information, or to withdraw SMS consent, contact us using the details above.
