Text Messaging Policy
Braxton's Farrier Service sends appointment reminders, confirmations, "on my way" notifications, and invoice links by SMS to existing customers who have opted in. Message frequency varies with your appointment schedule (typically a few messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply. Opt-in: you consent when you provide your mobile number and agree during booking or intake — verbally, on our intake form, or in writing; consent is not a condition of purchase. Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help, or contact us at 7153216603.
